We only use  new parts, that are the same parts we used years ago , each model of amplifier  we have made is retained by us as a reference of what it should sound like.. We compare before we send it back to you

We listen and measure comparing originals  keeping all renovation amps 100% genuine.

ONIX AUDIO / OA21 & OA22 AMPS were made by us  .Our parts fit right, work right , sound right and ARE RIGHT only we know what those parts are, we include all parts in our cost no matter what is needed .

 We had parts made for us with no numbers printed on the components, as they were designed by us .

NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THOSE PARTS ARE - EXCEPT US

 Virtually without exception the parts we see in units returned to us  "Repaired" or "Upgraded  by " Audio Specialists  " in particular those posting on Social Media are just wrong  .. 

They dont know what we did to make them sound so good, most "Specialists" know nothing about Audio but often claim they do. 

They just repeat audio enthusiasts  posting on forums things they have read elsewhere , 90% of the time its wrong .

Upgrades are normally a specification detraction, and make our products worse , as they change the original sound, 

We have  never heard any upgrade improve it .

We often see products badly repaired by people that guess whats wrong. We have to rectify their mistakes before we start to renovate anything .  No one knows ( Because it is an art we did not share  )  they do not know what we did to make them sound so good  . Its unbelievable how bad some ONIX AUDIO OA21 amps have been bodged often with components that are actually dangerous and wrong.   * Wrong value,  wrong size , wrong type , wrong brand  even being glued in as they don't fit *

Repairers spray contact cleaner on switches or relays that are dirty ,  this ruins the components forever

( switches are often plastic and cleaner destroys the plastic after a few months )  . 

Older switches cannot be replaced , if we cant replace them we actually take them apart to renovate them .

We never spray contact cleaner on any amp.

If contact cleaner is sprayed on a switch, it will destroy the switch later, and many switches on our older units are no longer made .

We NEVER do this, that how we guarantee  our renovations for 2 years .

Our parts  are the RIGHT PARTS, We are the company that made the product we know what they require

We do this job the way it should be done, with new parts if required, they come back to you like new.  

All renovations are tested and "listened" too before becoming an ONIX Approved renovation , giving your amp 30+ years again.

We guarantee them for 2 years - Who else does this ?

COMPONENTS ARE NEVER CREATED EQUAL , neither are real engineers , cheap is always cheap, no one works for nothing.

The spec sheet cant listen,  but for your love of music and our older units we hope you listen to us .​ not others .​

Our circuit designs are proprietary,  we have never given them out ( ONIX OA21  we are the only people with the circuits ) .

We have yet to find ONE " repair person "  that has repaired our units with the right parts or in the right way .
