Lets start by saying if anyone has sent OA21 Ltd a renovation unit or repair , and can prove they have not had it returned or been renovated to perfection for the price agreed , we will give them a free DNA ultimate worth 3000 GBP.
But no one has claimed this offer since we made it 4 years ago .
Renovation is not just repair . Its requires standards, you either want it or you don't . FaceBook is riddled with armchair critics and the page ONIX AUDIO is know and documented to have an issue with us and our CEO . This troll tries to rewrite documented history !!! Stuart Frazer & Co ( See Here ) has multiple names and most of what is posted is actually him with his multiple user names . We are the ONLY place you can renovate to new , with new case parts and knobs if required , we renovate the front panel and reprint the name . We don't just " fix" your amp we renovate - the entire unit . We don't just make it work , we renovate including the case the front and the knobs if required . Within our group of companies we have a powder coat plant, and a machine shop . That means we can literally make your unit like new . No one else can do this as they cant make it pay - we are the manufacturer . We only USE BRAND NEW PARTS and we do not retain old parts for using again , you can have old parts back. We re-manufacture case parts and knobs, as we are the manufacturer. We only use brand new parts for all work ( Many use used parts ) The Facebook contributors are enthusiasts, we are the manufacturer , we work to much higher standard and we are NOT " tinkerers" or "bodgers" like most on Facebook. It costs money to use us as we are the best , a quote is given and fixed fee for renovation is charged .
What we do
We renovate , we overhaul , we dismantle the entire unit. If required we re-finish the case. We always do the top cover, Front panel , and the knobs. We reprint or laser etch the name ONIX again . We make sure the entire unit is brought back to original spec . We replace all the screws and we re solder the board. Of course we replace all the components we know to have failed, and those we know degrade .and we charge a fixed fee for this ( unless additional work is required by request , then a quote will then be given ) and you get a LIKE NEW unit to last another 30 years . You chose repair it or renovate it , then chose what to do .
Facts to consider
This is not just a " i know electrics fix" its an renovation of your unit with the same people that made it. We have completed over 100 units in the last 2 years and not one renovation has failed . All have been returned to very happy customers . Once we send the units back to you - the customer, we often get comments like below sent to us . We guarantee the unit for 2 years after renovation . We stand proud of what we do . We don't make fake Facebook accounts either . At least they talk about us .. it makes you wonder why ?
