Please read every section before placing an order directly with us . These are our terms and conditions and are laid out so that you understand what we require from you , and what you can expect from us in return for you .
These terms are NOT for trade or Distribution
The Company ( Who you deal with )
You conduct business with OA21 Ltd, a UK company registered at companies house in the United Kingdom at ( OA21 Ltd 20-22 Wenlock Road London NW1 7GU.) You are not trading with any individual . You conduct business with OA21 Ltd ( A MANUFACTURER Not a Retailer or Shop ) . ALL communication must be made in the first instance via our contact page, and our website https://www.oa21.com to inform us of communication you may wish to send to our registered office . Physical letters can be sent to us, but only after we have been notified by our contact page online that you wish to send them, NOTE:- We do not accept unsolicited mail and need to be notified of all mail sent to our registered office . If you fail to do this unsolicited mail will be destroyed .
No packages must be sent in any form to our registered address We will inform you of the address to return goods once we are aware of the need to receive them . We accept emails ( HERE ) and reply as required, but all communication must be made to the company in the first instance directly via our website using the methods above. Communication must not be made to any individual member of staff or at any other address . If any communication is sent to any other address, and we become aware of it will be ignored "Without Exception" Unless you have been otherwise instructed in writing by email & OA21 Ltd
Due to excessive unsolicited mail, and continued attempts to deceive us or scam us we must be notified by email via our website of any mail you wish to send us before you do . No personal mail for any member of staff will be accepted at any time.
Service Request ( What to expect )
OA21 Ltd will repair/service and return your unit to your provided address for a fixed price, individually quoted and as agreed . Payment is for delivery of service for an agreed unit . It is for service /repair to the agreed standards listed on our site and quoted. Once the unit is received at our address provided to you after payment is made . With a copy of the service invoice , that was delivered to your email address .
It is a condition for you to make sure the unit is delivered to the address given to you with a " Proof of delivery " . We will not pay duty, or delivery charges for delivery to us. We will not collect any package from a carrier , or postal service, and all units must be delivered to our specific service delivery address at your cost . We will check all units before we commence work. We do this for any carriage damage, we will inform you if it is not as expected or as agreed when the order was placed .
If the service is not used after payment is made , by virtue of a change of mind / or failing to send the unit to the service address / or the unit being lost / or held by the carrier before we receive it. The paid sum for the service will not be refunded . The service is by definition an advance payment for agreed and booked labor . This means once a service is paid, if for the above reasons or any reason beyond our control it is not used no refund will be due or given . The service has no monetary value and has no redemption value . It can only be used for a service or renovation with us .
The service once paid can only be claimed for 60 days, from the paid date . Any units sent after this time has expired , will be rejected at our delivery address, and will not be our responsibility We will consider the service completed after 60 days if not received by us
Non Service orders or parts orders
Once an order is placed by you, we reserve the right to consider it "Bespoke " if the item is not in stock . It is considered " Bespoke " if we do not hold stock and build it of obtain it for you . If payment is effected by a credit token , and a charge-back is made for, change of mind we reserve the right to charge a fee of for additional time taken to defend it and our financial loss . We will also claim our original charge from the reverse charge back . We will return warranty work and renovation work at our cost in the warranty period. or for fees included in the price if paid outside of warranty .We are not liable for carrier delays and if these occur we will not be held liable for said delays . We will always try to resolve a problem before anything occurs, but if we are forced to spend excessive time trying to resolve an issue, not created by fair practice we will charge for time taken if it is beyond out control.
Bespoke is defined by any delivery past 7 days from order . We make most units to order, and as such they may take an extended time to deliver , Generally we do not hold stock of finished product , so delivery of goods can be up to two months or more after payment , If we fail to deliver in 5 months we will refund in full any money paid . We always strive to deliver faster than advised and always inform you of progress. We will pass on an estimated delivery date at the time of order and payment, but this date is not a condition of sale or our acceptance of payment and is not contractual . Tolerance is to be exercised by the buyer, We are not a retail shop , we are the manufacturer. Therefore we are more cost effective than the high street, you accept this advantageous compromise and understand this . We further reserve the right to take action for social media posts that claim we have failed under our contract of sale. we do not respond to false posts in efforts to extort money from us.. You rights are not affected by this condition, and we will do whatever it takes to make the customer complete. Please respect our integrity as we respect yours, if goods were made under the "Bespoke" condition of sale, and/or made to an individual specification. Furthermore we will not condone copyright infringement , or false accusations on forums or social media sites We will claim damages if our communication is published as it must remain confidential between us, and you our client, All documents and emails are a "copy-write" protected communication and are not for open use . Without our written permission . All of our site is also copy-write protected and none of it can be used without our written permission .
Privacy Policy ( Your Details with us )
We work within the GDPR and the data protection laws of Europe and the UK. We will not pass your details to any third party or use your details without your consent outside our group of companies. We do not hold details of bank accounts or credit/debit cards at any point , and we use a third party provider that conforms to all data protection . We hold details you have passed to us, in the knowledge we do not hold any account details or details of your financial status. religious bias, or sexual orientation. We do not tolerate social media blackmail, and will take action for damages if lies or false accusations are perpetuated using social media in an attempt to get a favorable result . If you have any grievance or complaint we will always resolve it by mutual negotiation.
Returns Policy ( What you need to know )
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt , this timescale includes weekends. Subject to the our conditions having been met . The goods are shipped by us , and must have been signed for by the receiver, and original buyer / Purchaser . We do not accept refund of goods sold by us as used, or goods that have been made to your specification and sold at a trade price or built as bespoke. In cases of returned damaged goods we charge for repair and handling fee of 50% , Furthermore a cancellation fee will be charged of 50% for " change of mind" before delivery of any order considered bespoke. The charge will be deducted from money paid . All goods returned must be as received and as sent, with all accessories included ( we accept the packing box may be used and it will not affect the return refund amount ) Any damage that is not a result of manufacturing defects, will be deducted from the final refund . We will check the goods returned, as they have genuine value. Anything must be returned as received from us to you. We must receive all items in the same condition we sent them. We may use video evidence of shipment in the case of disputed receipt of goods, and no refund will be made on any goods not signed for by the buyer or the person we shipped too . We receive payment from our provider not from you . If our terms and conditions have not been met by you . You are subject to laws of the USA for all credit card transactions. If you charge your card back against our terms and conditions above , we have the right to recover our losses from you using litigation in your own country if required., No matter what the bank has refunded to you if our terms and conditions have not been met by you, we may take action to recover our loss. You further accept that we will be able to recover our loses and costs of recovery at your expense If you have claimed a refund in the full knowledge of not carrying our our procedures for refund or complaint and / or deception of delivery . This does not affect your statutory rights .
