Why does this guy hide ? - If his site is true ?

© After years of running ONIX with over 100K happy customers along the way, when the internet became part of daily life its no surprise that some people that had no voice before suddenly found one. Then they hid behind user names, and the faceless online world we have become used too . This recent “targeted personal attack “ of our CEO Adam Worsfold , is both illegal and designed for “Malicious falsehood and defamation” of OA21 Ltd and our CEO. It was created from day one as a targeted attack to cause harm, and damage to our reputation. It was not in the public interest at all . This troll, tried to scam OA21 ltd , but we stopped him, and he didn’t like being caught . We now know why .

© Our internet troll - is HERE he runs a dedicated site attacking us at www.oa21-scam.uk. He hides his site hosting with Cloudflare, so the site cant be shut down . If we knew who hosts his site , it would be shut it down in minutes . This is why he hides it , there can be no other reason. Yet he screams to our host as we don’t hide and he can ( Click here) when we post his name in reply to his false accusations . He is a typical Narcissist - he can dish it out, but cant take it . Hence he didn’t like being caught trying to scam us .

© I am a private person and I would like to remain that way but this situation has to be addressed. I have made it clear for years that I have a low opinion of forums and armchair critics , and I am sure my feelings on this have not helped me with the former set - I say it as I see it, the forum herd don’t like that . However this individual is without doubt the most toxic & compulsive liar I have had the misfortune to cross , with his social media poison . He hides , from EVERYONE and has no reputation to protect - so I ask you this - if he is telling the truth Why does he hide ? Why does he hide who hosts his site ? WHY ? What he claims we did

© He claims we sold him an amp for 1300 GBP (His order Click here) this is false . The full payment for his original order is 3950 GBP , with a discount to 2150 GBP - 1300 GBP is NOT full payment . He actually failed to pay the balance when we took his word on good faith that he would . He says we don’t make anything !! He says we don’t deliver ! (Click Here) for confirmation from his of delivery. He says we steal repairs ! So how come its clear so may have their repairs returned and renovated ? His site is full of contradictions and lies, in my opinion he is mentally sick .

©He tried to hack our details from his email he sent OA21 Ltd when he returned the unit he didn’t get !! (Click Here) - He never paid the balance, and demanded a refund after 14 months of his part payment, when we told him there was nothing wrong with the amp he published his site full of lies to attempt to blackmail me and OA21 to get his refund. This after he failed to hack our systems to steal our data. We chose to charge him for the copywrite infringement he has since published . He now owes us over 9000 GBP at this point in time , OA21 Ltd are suing him for it and OA21 Ltd will make him bankrupt he if he does not pay . We will not bow to blackmail EVER .

The Documented Facts

© He simply did not pay OA21 Ltd or me for his order as he agreed . I or the company urge you to see why we took the stance we did to recover our loss . Why we refused to return the unit until it was paid in full . He tried to scam us by not paying the balance . The fact is he has never dealt with me Adam Worsfold at any point, he did deal with OA21 ltd but never me personally . OA21 Ltd stuck to the agreement to deliver . We did deliver his product, read his confirmation (Click here) as agreed, and he tried to avoid paying us the balance.

© We allowed the delivery in good faith for him to pay the balance. He simply did not . See HERE He knows he has no claim against OA21 Ltd or me . He is penniless, unemployed and thought we were stupid . He hides who he is , and hides his host company and domains. ( Click here ) His site says we make nothing and don’t deliver . We have posted proof that its all a lie ?

Why did he do it ?

Why did he Attack me personally ? He knows nothing about me or my life - NOTHING, so Why ?

© He has attacked my personal life over the past six months by posting false accusations on line. After he found my name at companies house as a shareholder of OA21 ltd. he started his attack on me personally . He does not understand a person is not a company, and a company is a separate entity . This proves he is actually stupid . OA21 ltd is a genuine UK Company Number 12685215 . He has no claim against me personally whatsoever. Yet he has used every platform there is to attack me not the company alone . Not one platform has allowed his attacks to remain on line and they remove each effort . He wants to damage us . I will always believe what does not kill you makes you stronger . I am stronger than ever .. After years in business you learn to dela with sick people .

© Even so he has stalked me personally, while screaming he is the victim !!! ( this is a confirmed sign of his narcissism ) . He has sent phishing emails to all of my emails . (Click here)proven fake by WIX to be tyring to obtain our logins . Yet he is not even man enough to announce who he is when making his false claims on line . He uses fake names and hidden domains - Ask yourself Why he does this ? In my opinion he defines the problem of the internet, he defines why many reviews are not worthy. We now know who he is , by confirmation of law enforcement . Stopping him is like dealing with a rabid dog and we all know how that needs to end..

Why cant you stop him ?

© I and OA21 have recognised that spending good money on a penniless troll is futile. How can we recover costs from a worthless man of straw ? It also takes a long time ( years ) . We had to decide whether litigation and the huge legal bills for defamation are worth it ? We / I will stop him, but sadly he does not comprehend how far we will go to do so, and at that point it will be too late for him to defend his lies to anyone.

© His actions are of a narcissist insecure and sad lonely ZERO nobody. He is clueless to corporate structure and civil law. Attacking the CEO of a company he has never met , or dealt with, this is clearly a sign of a stupid dangerous individual that in my opinion should be sectioned for his mental illness and dilutional ways . Not to mention the clear attack on another’s life .

What Now ?

© We do not bank with wise, as he claims and we only accept real customers not those that try to scam us - not the other way around.

© I will find out who the site host is, and when I do the site will be closed - we are getting closer . Someone with nothing to lose is dangerous, we all know that . He has time on his side , as he has nothing else to do with ZERO reputation to lose . Good luck finding him on line he hides .

© I have started litigation against him for “defamation, and malicious falsehood “ but he continues to ignore all legal action I take . He just hides and runs away . Do I need to explain why ? OA21 Has also instigated Copywrite infringement charges, and has issued a claim for collection of those.

Conclusion

Why not just let the legal action against him deal with it ?

© I have never met or done any business with him directly - EVER. In my opinion he is mentally sick, or he has an insane jealously of what I have achieved along the way . Who knows , maybe he just gets off on it . I actually pity him, he really needs help, so does anyone that believes the crazy contradicting lies posted on his site . He defines the problem with privacy laws worldwide. It protects the sickos not normal people .

© This troll has affected me personally , he has affected the company , he has affected our reputation. The troll is a selfish self cantered narcissist. Filled with jealously and complete ignorance . He does not care about our customers or others . OA21 will survive as we are strong, but it along with everyone has to continue to live in a troll world . If you believe his site then most likely your were never our customer anyway. We sell to those with an open mind, that love great products made with care and attention , not those with herd mentality. In particular the numerous Facebook warriors .

Moving on with my life is crucial , negativity does not live within me - I don’t have time for it

OA21 makes great amps, and have done so for years . For those that know why .

He is obsessed with me personally, and its obviously not healthy , as such I am resolute in stopping him
