We accept returns within 14 days of the goods being received ,this timescale includes weekends . Subject to the following conditions being met and the exception not being applicable.

All goods are shipped by us and are tracked . They must be signed by the receiver and original purchaser. We do not allow goods to be returned that are sold as used , or goods that are made as bespoke, to your own specification . We also do not allow goods ( Unless Faulty ) to be returned that are offered on a “one off” basis when only one unit is available.

If not under warranty and in the case of used or damaged goods being returned we will deduct a handling fee of 50% . for our loss from bad handling or abuse of our products. We also charge a “re-promotion” fee of 25% for any goods taken off sale from a one unit offer. These goods are not subject to the distance selling laws and our loss may be deducted from an refund due .

Once returns are authorised by us with a RMA ( Return Material Authorisation ) the details of how to return your product will be provided . You must contact us in the first instance in all cases, and you will be notified of status in due course .
